The Reconciler

Software Index has two reconciliation tools

1.    Reconciler for Inventory enables automatic reconciliation of transactions generated through the Inventory Module to the Inventory Control Accounts using Microsoft Dynamics GP. You are able to reconcile by a number of different Inventory Control Accounts and even by Site ID, including drill down from the reconciliation to the source documents.

2.    Reconciler for AR and AP is an invaluable tool that validates transactions for both open and closed financial years that have been entered into GP through the Receivables and Payables ledgers. It searches through vast volumes of data and automatically highlights the cause of any imbalances.

Purchase Invoice Approvals and Accruals

Purchase Invoice Approvals and Accruals provides browser based approvals allowing Purchasing & Payables invoices to be authorized from any location, efficiently and effectively, thus eliminating the need for Invoices to be sent between various locations, often going missing and incurring both time and postal costs.
