Compatibility Statement

Trinity products have been designed primarily to operate in a distribution environment. As such they are tightly integrated with the core relevant Dynamics GP modules including Sales Order Processing, Inventory Control, Purchase Order Processing, Purchase Order Generator, Landed Costs, Extended Pricing, Advanced Distribution, Advanced Picking, Available To Promise and, of course, the Financial Ledgers.

They operate successfully and are in use in several hundred sites and in around twenty countries worldwide. There are one or two specific exclusions within distribution. e.g. the catchweights module is not currently multi-bin compatible though this planned as a future enhancement. Check the relevant user manual for any other such exclusions.

Trinity modules are not specifically integrated to products related to separate business areas such as Field Service and Manufacturing, nor with Dynamics GP products outside of the core dictionary e.g. Direct Debits and Refunds, Analytical Accounting, Enhanced Intrastats Compatibility with other ISV solutions cannot be guaranteed. There are too many and the permutations of their use so complex that it would not be possible to offer such guarantees.
